Each year God commands us to assemble on the fifteenth of the seventh month (Hebrew Calendar) to commence God's Feast of Tabernacles.

Lev 23:1 And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, 2 "Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: 'The feasts of the LORD, which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, these are My feasts. And...verse 33 Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, 34 "Speak to the children of Israel, saying: 'The fifteenth day of this seventh month shall be the Feast of Tabernacles for seven days to the LORD. 35 On the first day there shall be a holy convocation. You shall do no customary work on it. 36 For seven days you shall offer an offering made by fire to the LORD. On the eighth day you shall have a holy convocation, and you shall offer an offering made by fire to the LORD. It is a sacred assembly, and you shall do no customary work on it. 37 These are the feasts of the LORD which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations...

This year the Feast of Tabernacles starts on September 23, 2010 and ends on September 29, 2010. The Last Great Day is September 30, 2010.

As a local pastor, I cannot choose the place that God commands us to assemble; therefore, I must abide by the decisions already made by the Apostle some years ago. Only an Apostle can make that binding decision. One of those sites that he approved and was sanctioned by the Church of God is Panama City Beach, Florida. This site was selected years ago under that Apostle.

I have contracted for a beautiful meeting hall at the recently built Comfort Suites located at 225 Beckrich Road in Panama City Beach, Florida. They have set aside beautiful, comfortable suites for us and are making them available at a very reasonable price. The manager has quoted us a price of $79.99 a room per night. He explained that it could increase by two or three dollars by October. He has set aside seven rooms and will supply more as necessary if the demand is higher. When you call please mentioned that you would like the special rate contracted by the Wholeworld Church of God. If you do not mention the name of this church, the price is from $ 150.00 to $ 190.00 per night.

This hotel is close to one of the larger feast groups, and the rooms may be taken rather quickly once people start making arrangements for the feast. Enclosed you will find a card with all the information you will need to make your arrangements. Please remember to mention the Wholeworld Church of God in order to obtain the special rate.
